Given to Cheryl over the course of 2-months completed 9-9-05 A Crossroad is Set Before US…Where are we headed Plan A or Plan B? Since July 2005 the Lord has been revealing to me many things about the condition of the church in the USA and what will be happening in the months to come. He has shown me that we are coming to a crossroad in our personal territory and our entire Nation will be given a choice: Plan A or Plan B. He has shown me there will be revival in the United States, but the way we will choose to go as a Nation is not yet decided by our leaders, especially our spiritual leaders. Some leaders are headed for Plan A and some for Plan B. There is a division and the Lord would have come together in unity and choose Plan A. There is a huge reorganization of the church that needs to take place. The terrorist attack and ongoing threat, the hurricanes that hit Florida in the past, the hurricane that destroyed New Orleans and parts of Mississippi, are just the beginning of a time of judgement that is coming upon this nation. Here my heart, I am not a doomsday prophet and I do not wish to speak judgement, but I see and hear what the Lord is saying in this hour. I have heard him for months now and I must say what He is saying. In His mercy God is judging the USA to bring us to Him. Those who proclaim to be His, American church, is the focus of His judgement and many cities will suffer destruction, severe hurt and pain because the church has forsaken her position in those cities. There must be cleansing of idolatry and sin. There must be an awakening of the American church. The church let New Orleans be an ungodly corrupt den of sin. They did not take their territory. They let Biloxi become a decadent gambling capitol full of corruption. These are not the only cities left virtually unprotected. It is the church’s fault that our cities are open for attack and disaster. It is the church’s fault that they have not raised up men and women of integrity for government service. It is the church’s fault that San Francisco is a haven for lascivious sexual behavior and that LA turns out pornography for the world. It’s the church’s fault that St. Paul, Mn is the home of the largest distribution of Satanic literature in the US. It’s the churches fault that the Eastern seaboard is has the lowest number of born again believers in the US. It’s the church’s fault that every major city is filled with impoverished souls. The church is suppose to pray, evangelize and preach the word in power. They are suppose to take the territory for Christ. But, they have backed off in fear, ignorance, and complacency. The Church has seceded and seceded territory until there are regions so unholy that the only way the Lord can draw the souls away from their materialism and sin is through catastrophic disasters. The churches must repent for abandoning their territory and for not doing Kingdom work. They must repent for the current structure of the Institutional Church that has allowed this error. The church has to change. It is fashioned after the world and is no different than corporate America save in corporate status and jargon. Yet, Father God has a perfect plan to use the existing churches and spiritual leaders. He wants to reorganize and restructure them into a glorious unified on fire church. But, the enemy is fighting this plan and the religious demons are working to block any move of the Holy Spirit. Even so, in His infinite mercy, the Lord will offer what He called “Plan A” to the existing Institutional Church. If His plan is rejected and the churches refuse to be transformed, fear not remnant, then we will have revival through what the Lord has called “Plan B.” Under plan B the Lord will by-pass the organized Institutional Church and use churches that are open to Him, as well as, small ministries, fellowships and teams of individuals to usher in the repentance and resulting revival. This He called the Apostolic Teams and Remnant Church. The Apostolic Teams/Remnant Church is being build by the Lord’s hand even now. They fit into Plan A or Plan B. How each plan affects those of us who have been called out by God into these teams and the Remnant Church is described below.  As the Apostolic Teams/Remnant Church hear God and follow the voice of their shepherd, all that they are doing now will position them for either Plan. Plan A for our own territory and our Nation: The Call of God is to REPENTANCE and then He Will REVIVE US and bring us into UNITY to do His work! Ideally, churches/Pastors will respond to God’s call to repentance. The repentance must be full, deep and wide and will begin with the leadership. Then Revival will come to the Leadership and also great Unity. Followed by repentance and revival of their sheep.  Then the cities, counties and states will be changed as the sheep win the lost and bring them into the fellowships/churches. The Apostolic Teams/Remnant Church will come alongside the revived Institutional Church and support them in every way. All that we do will coordinate with God’s move through the churches. And WE Will REJOICE in the GLORY of God being poured out as the Church is unified and transformed. Most immediately, it is the Apostolic Teams/Remnant Church’s job to pray for Plan A to come to pass. We are to fervently pray that the Pastors and Institutional Church leadership respond to God’s call, that unity returns to the churches in our territory and in our Nation. Also pray for deep repentance and forgiveness to take place and that the churches start praying together and working together. It’s important that there be true repentance and a significant change in the hearts of the people. It’s vital that this happen for Revival to come. Under Plan A, the Apostolic Teams/Remnant Church’s road is a less rocky. We will be able to enter into the unity with the reorganized church and explain to the church leadership our support role. In Revival, jealousy, envy, and that awful religious spirit will be nonexistent to those who have been revived. Therefore, our support role will be understood by most. They will appreciate that the Apostolic Teams/Remnant Church is gifted by God to draw in the backsliders, heathens and pagans who won’t set foot in church. They will appreciate the prophetic gifts the Apostolic Teams/Remnant Church possess as they see these gifts released to build up the church and bring in the lost. As souls are saved and given some instruction the Apostolic Teams/Remnant Church will then work in tandem with the local churches. They plug their charges into local churches to be pastored. This is the perfect harmonious and most productive plan using all of the existing churches and ministry structures. Eventually, the Lord will completely restructure the Institutional Church. They will all be motivated by His Spirit to go to the people. They will start traveling churches and produce team ministries who are sent out to the people in need. When this happens the Apostolic Teams/Remnant Church and the Institutional Church will have become ONE IN THE LORD. These teams will begin holding services wherever the Lord opens the door. Mega churches will become less and less of a focus as the Lord raises up people to go directly to the lost and dying people in innovative ways. There will be boardroom churches, teachers lounge churches, break room churches, “in the parking lot after work” churches, bowling alley churches, exercise club churches -  it’s exciting! See the vision! Hear the voice our Lord. Feel His heart for the dying souls! The children of God will be out ministering at these small gatherings weekly and the church buildings will be used for training and instruction of all the new Christians on how to go out. The church buildings will be used for large gatherings of the teams to be re-charged and refreshed for ministry monthly or quarterly. The usual Sunday services may be disbanded as the people will all be out ministering at golf club churches, marina churches, camping churches… in the parking lot at Wal-Mart churches. The Reorganized Church will gather together for corporate Encounters with God in government buildings, office buildings, wherever the people are. These will be astounding meetings where the Reorganized Church will do what the Lord wants to do. I see times when we just weep and travail and the glory fills the auditorium so thick that we can’t see each other and the voice of the Lord is heard audibly by all. His voice will be directing us on our way, healing, saving and setting free His children by His spoken word. Angels will be seen, felt, and heard. Jesus himself will appear to the hard-hearted and hard-headed and they won’t be able to deny Him face to face. Our songs and messages will be so simple and clear…the old, old story of the good news of Salvation through Jesus Christ and redemption by His blood told under a powerful new release of anointing and glory. The church will have its work cut out for them under this plan, there will be persecution and objections raised constantly,  but there will be unity within the greater body of Christ and misunderstandings of what the Lord has called each of us to do will be fewer. The religious spirit will have been defeated and relegated to a few mainline churches that refuse to respond to the Spirit of God. Remember this Plan A is a choice. It is only in effect if the Institutional churches and Pastors rise to the call of the Lord. He is calling right now. He has been calling since 9-11-01 and we have not yet responded in nationwide repentance. Florida was pelted multiple times with devastating storms; there has been devastating flooding all over the USA and many local disasters. Unheard of sudden storms have destroyed whole small towns in the Midwest and North, now Hurricane Katrina has wiped out a major city. If we do not heed Katrina’s call to purity then, there will be another Major City devastated. I have heard from the Lord regarding San Francisco, the whole state of Connecticut, Los Angeles and Dallas. I believe SF could be next. He has told me that He would wash away SF with the salt of the tears of the people whose lives have been destroyed by the sins of that city. See the September 8, 2005 Prophecy. If we don’t heed the Lord, then disaster will strike another major city and another and another… I see Dallas on fire and LA shaken so hard that water floods her streets from pipes bursting and dams breaking, and I see Connecticut buried with purifying snow so deep that people are trapped for days unless the church repents and rises to her call. Each disaster will be a trumpet call to nationwide repentance of the Institutional Church. The Lord has prepared me to see that, even in those disasters, the greater part of the church may not respond. Materialism, idolatry of our possessions is strong even in the church. The leaders and sheep may continue to hold up those things as gods and not repent. Fear of persecution or complacency and apathy may hold them back. As a result, during disasters, the heathens and pagans may sink into lawlessness and anarchy…The resources of the nation will be drained and there will eventually be no help, but God. The Remnant will do their best, but there are not enough of them to do it all.  It could be pretty bleak. Plan B: But, I am assured that there is a Plan B.  I have begged the Lord not to let the enemy put a lid on the Apostolic Teams/Remnant Church again. I don’t want to live in a goat nation laboring powerlessly in the midst of devastation!!!   As repentance and revival is offered, I have asked that we not be passed by and not be judged with the rest and plunged into the desert wandering because the Institutional Churches reject Him. In my heart I know that it’s time for the Joshua’s to go possess the Land. It’s time for the David’s to be king. It’s time for the Nehemiah’s to build up the broken walls. It’s time for the Anna’s to prophesy that they have seen the face of the Lord. It’s time for the Sarah’s to be mothers in the nation and the Abraham’s to be fathers. It’s time for us to go forth two by two into our territory and bring peace and healing wherever we go. It’s time for someone to be raised up to slay the Goliath strongholds in this land. It’s time for Revival! The Holy Spirit has come to me and assured me over and over that we won’t be passed by or sent to wander again.   We won’t be plunged into darkness and have to battle oppression and fight off fear. We will be called forth to lead and we will be used supernaturally. But, the plan is rather intimidating for the small ministries and the Apostolic Teams/Remnant Church that will be used. Plan B will go into effect if the Pastors in our territory and nation do not respond to the Lord or if there is only sporadic repentance and revival  in some churches or the revival is short-lived. The worse case scenario is that revival is actually blocked by the pastors, priests and ministers because they do not understand it or reject the movement of the Holy Spirit in their church. If the religious spirit is able to close the lid upon the repentance revival again because the Institutional pastors refuse to come together in unity, then the Apostolic Teams/Remnant Church will be released into Plan B.  In fact, they will be leaders in the revolutionary reorganization of the church in their own territories and the United States. This will require tremendous humility, faith, and a mature servant’s heart. It will be time intensive and challenging. We will be called to plant churches and nurture them. Plan B is not settling for less – it’s another way to get to the destination of nationwide repentance and revival.  The Lord has told me we will have a full revival, it will come and His fire will not be quenched. If the Institutional Churches in our territory and Nation reject the revival, then it will come through Apostolic teams & the Remnant churches in the area and nation who do hear His call to repentance. Revival will come! We don’t have to go down with the sinking religious ship. We will have personal and corporate revival -Hallelujah!!! The sheep are ready. They are starving for a real manifestation of holiness and purity. They long for true Gospel living in them and the presence of God in their lives that can only come through repentance and revival. Under this scenario we will stand in the midst of devastation and anarchy, if necessary, and preach and sing peace, love and joy in our territory.  It will be supernatural and we will be protected and blessed. The Apostolic Teams/ Remnant Churches will be blessed to be able to travel and build up the broken walls of the church. As in Plan A, they will establish churches in homes, businesses, schools and government. They will also have one huge meeting for the teams to be refreshed and hear from each other what the Lord is doing. These massive meetings will draw people from miles around to attend.  From the meetings, teams will go out into the territory traveling to the church groups that have been established and going to new areas to plant churches. Under both plans the Apostolic Teams/Remnant Churches will be misunderstood. But especially so when the Lord builds His church under Plan B and the Institutional churches that have rejected the move of God lose many of their sheep. The sheep will leave of their own accord when they hear about the amazing meetings at the churches the Lord plants through the work of the Apostolic Teams/ Remnant Churches. The Apostolic Teams/ Remnant Churches will be accused of sheep stealing, heresy and wrong doings. There will be much opposition and persecution, but nothing will stick because they will be innocent of all charges. Should Plan B come to pass, the Apostolic Teams/ Remnant Churches road will be rocky much like David and Saul’s relationship. We will slay the Giant and the church will become jealous & hate us. They will pursue us and attack us. We will be at war with the Institutional Church and with the Devil and his minions. But, we will be sovereignly protected, supernaturally strengthened and blessed.  Like David’s mighty men, we are a ragtag group of warriors that God will make into a mighty force for Him. And, eventually under either scenario we will be forefront in the new wineskin.  We will help to bring the Ark into our territory, sacrificing all the way, and dancing and rejoicing when the presence of the Lord is here. Warnings: The Lord warns that we must not be tempted as David was. We must not commit spiritual adultery or murder with our tongues or go after what does not belong to us. He also warns us against false prophecy and false Prophets. We must be able to discern by what spirit the person is speaking, and to weigh what we receive ourselves very carefully against the word of God and the confirmed vision and directions He has given us. Immediate Mandate: Our job right now is to begin to lay the foundation for either Plan A or B. To allow the Lord to change us and mold us into a vessel useable for His purpose and to pray corporately.  Corporate prayer is so important. It is a mandate upon us that we must do and quickly.  The time is now to prepare. The time to call forth things of God is upon us. We must move forward and prepare the way for the coming of our King! Additional information to help the Apostolic Teams and Remnant church: What the Lord sees in us: Love for Him, willing hearts, persevering warriors, purposing to hear Him and do His will (obedience), diligently seeking Him despite the cost, vessels He can use to further His purposes and Kingdom. He knows we will count the cost and move forward fully aware of the sacrifice and the reward. What the Lord has identified that is standing against us that is our sin: Fear – of failure, lack and of changes successful ministry will bring Lack of self -control over our thought life = High imaginations, and arguments Lack of self- control over our mouths – evil speaking (often very subtle) Hidden personal sins – He will be revealing these to us individually Strife caused by divided purpose for ministry/association with the ministry – opening for Absalom and Jezebel spirit Physical weaknesses brought on by our own poor choices. What the Lord has identified that is standing against us from the Enemy: Infirmity – attacks that have no basis and are unexplained or not our fault Idolatry – trying to get us to be more concerned over our ministry, possessions, livelihood etc than we are over our relationship with God. – God’s love can’t flow through us then Fear – unfounded anxiety and concern over the future- nationwide fear - nightmares Witchcraft – Black magic – trying to strangle our ministry, crushes our worship, stop our finances personally and in the ministry – steals our peace and joy Religious Spirit & Christian curses - some of this is our own strife Jezebel – standing against the prophetic miracle working power of God flowing thru us Lust- homosexual, adulterous, and unclean spirits trying to stop holiness and purity Abaddon – assignment to destroy relationships in our personal lives and the ministry Leviathan – trying to get us to rise up in prideful arrogant self-righteous behavior Absalom – strife and division – thinking we can do it better Dishonesty – with others and ourselves, people lying to us Anti-Semitism – We must love and pray for Israel and not be misled by this spirit
